Spokane Arena offers ADA compliant seating in all price categories. If you require disabled seating or special accommodations, be sure to communicate your needs to the ticket agent. The Spokane Arena offers a variety of food and beverage items in two food courts and five additional concession stands.
Several restrooms and baby changing stations are located around the concourse. Five private family restooms are also available.
Enjoy an exceptional dining experience while you attend your next event at the Spokane Arena in Dry Fly. Located on the concourse, Dry Fly serves wonderful food an hour before the show through intermission. Enjoy your meal or cocktail surrounded by 11 large screen TVs and you won't miss a minute of the game.
Located on the east end of the concourse, behind Section 122, the No-Li Taproom offers a variety of rotating craft beer taps from local and regional breweries. Stop by each event to see what we're pouring!
The Jameson Pub features a selection of Ireland’s famous brews including Guinness, Smithwicks, Harp and Jameson, as well as traditional pub fare. Located on the south side of the arena concourse, the Jameson Pub will be open to guests of all ages at all Spokane Arena events.
Located above Section 110, on the west end of the building, Red Tail at the Arena presented by Coeur d'Alene Resort & Casino, is the only area in the arena where guests can grab a beer without missing any of the action! The perfect location to enjoy a Spokane Chiefs hockey game or a Spokane Shock football game, Red Tail at the Arena is open to the public is not to be missed!
There are no pay phones at the Spokane Arena. However, the Guest Services booth offers a complementary phone call.
Two ATMs are located on the concourse level, find them by Section 102 and the Numerica Club.
Merchandise and souvenir availability depends on event. The Spokane Chiefs Team Store is is open weekdays from 9am-5pm and during all Chiefs home games. The Spokane Shock offers merchandise stands along the concourse on game nights as well as outside the Southeast Main Entrance prior to start of the game.
